Louisiana Air Patrol provides a complete and cost-efficient service for your aerial photography needs. Located in Gonzales, Louisiana, we are in position to cover the South and Gulf of Mexico areas. We own our own Cessna 182, a faster and more stable aircraft than the usual smaller 2 or 4 place aircraft.

A pilot since 1980, commercial and instrument rated; owner and operator of ImagiMation, a 3D animation studio with years of experience creating and processing images and animation for film, video games, advertising, and publishing -- these combined talents provide a complete understanding of the tasks and the skills necessary to fly a photo mission and process the images to a quality suitable for professional advertising purposes.

Our business also includes word processing and image restoration. There is practically nothing we can’t do to create the photo and take it to its eventual end at the highest possible quality for print or digital media.

We can be a one stop shop for your photography needs. We can provide the photo as well as create the content and design for its use. We can do in-house printing for color images, booklets and brochures.

Where possible, we can provide ground photos to accompany the aerials.

We can put your property in its surroundings. If your residential property is in a serene area, we can show that with an aerial image. If your business property is in a good location, we can show that. If location is indeed the most important thing for property sales, there is no better way to show it than from the air. As mentioned, we can, where feasible, provide ground photography to accompany the aerial images.

We can document the progress of building construction, road work, parking lot repaving, and land development. We can work out a discounted price for a routine scheduled patrol to follow the progress by the day, week, or month.

Post-Production

We are a full-service operation, performing all post-production in-house, taking the image from its creation to its eventual end. Images can be provided in just about any existing digital format by email or on CD/DVD, as well as hard-copy print.

Other Uses

Agriculture: Condition of crops and timber. Detect and document blight or insect infestation.

Environmental: Our training and experience with pipeline patrol give us an edge when documenting environmental impacts from leaks or spills. Oil in the water does not always look like one might expect, and effects of gas leaks are all but invisible to the untrained eye. Forests can be photographed to detect disease and insect infestation.

Forensic: Direct and collateral damage assessments.
